Rabisu is the worst server I have ever used.
The server went offline last night while I was sleeping. When I woke up this morning, I saw that it had been down for eight hours. I submitted a support ticket, but received no response. It was only after I demanded a refund that they finally replied—telling me they had "escalated the issue to another department." What a garbage provider.
The server provider won't respond if you don't request a refund.

I see that this vendor has already been banned on LowEndTalk—I hadn't noticed.
Part (or possibly all) of the reasons why they were banned was because they used LLM or AI agents to reply to posts and announce transactions. Many times the transactions were completely inconsistent with the needs of some post authors.
A few weeks ago, I also encountered a virtual machine shutdown in Los Angeles that could not be started. I received a reply more than ten hours after requesting a ticket and the problem had been eliminated.

You should realize you're expected to troubleshoot the issue yourself and provide debug data in your initial support ticket. As you've discovered, you didn't need to open a ticket or wait, you were just too lazy or incompetent. No sympathy for you.
The problem is you. They should refund you. You should be added to FraudRecord as difficult customer.
