I ordered a VPS from this provider and received an unusable server.

Fresh Debian 12 minimal installation, no custom software installed, but the VPS hangs during SSH login for several minutes after entering the password. Before reinstall, even basic commands like hostnamectl, systemctl, and ps aux were hanging or timing out.

This is not normal for a clean VPS. It looks like a bad node or serious performance issue.

I asked support to migrate the VPS to another healthy node or provide a refund/credit. I bought this server for backup purposes, so reliability is critical, and in the current state the VPS cannot be used.

My VPS 85.208.9.135 is unusable even after several clean Debian 12 reinstalls. SSH hangs for several minutes after password entry, basic commands were timing out, and now even the web VNC console is not working properly. This is not my configuration issue. Please migrate the VPS to another healthy node immediately or provide a refund/credit.

I have opened a ticket with billing and attached the payment receipt showing the exact amount deducted.

Could you please take a look when you have a moment?
