No I don't Deluxhost acts more like it than me.

@greyyy said: btw, what company do u own?

Wouldn't you like to know, weather boy.

Exactly so none i hear? or did they fail?

Kait is not linked to any company, and I am keeping it that way.

    My company does not:

    1. say its multihomed when it isn't
    2. say I have 8 upstreams in Amsterdam when I have 1
    3. say I have a private cage when its just a rack next to other people.
    4. Many more I pointed out.

I have no idea why you are defending DeluxHost tho. He/They are actively promoting their brand new website like it's a big feature, especially on Discord. There even was a countdown before the website was live.

These "mistakes" can lead to someone paying cash to get a service they expect to be way better than in reality. If that would happen, the customer could easily ask for a refund, even PayPal would side with them in a dispute.

It's as simple as having one person check every page if there are mispellings and wrong informations and that's it. Maybe one or two days work, which is nothing if you promote it as big as a rebranding or whole new level of expectations.

Wonder why the traceroute from Amsterdam to Frankfurt goes over transit and not your redundant private links. Maybe because your whole website is full of AI lies.

As much as I agree with you. I think you are doing it the wrong way too. In my opinion, you should have waited to find everything and then post them structure under this post with good arguments. If so this would have most likely not escaleted that much with other .

@DeluxHost I also like your product, not because of the performance, but how cheap it is and how you label it as a dev/test product. Your websites with the problems @kait mentioned suggest that you offer (only) professional products, which you aren't.

I also dislike it, that you literally "Thank" every order that is just "Order Nr. / Freebie" and not the one that mentions a "bug" with the disk along the order number. This feels childish IMO

A mistake to lie that much? They just vibecoded everything and went with it, no double checking at all. You can't say you are multihomed in every location by accident.

There are so many words to describe how you are acting that i can not say on this platform. Grow a pair and find a new provider if you do not like them, since you know that has always been an option. Its not like someone is holding you against ur will to use them so stop harassing them. karen.

This platform is very much in favour of free speech, so use which ever words you like.

It is pathetic how plain to see it is that you are Deluxhost's bitch.

Would be more productive for sure, but I am not in the mood for that especially with the dumbassery of using AI to make your website content and not fact checking it at all. But you are 100% right though, I just can't be arsed.

Says the obvious DeluxHost shill account. See join date and comment history. Also, note that they only joined this discussion once DeluxHost "left." I consider this abhorrent for the likes of DeluxHost to break LET's no duplicate account rule in this manner. They should have the decency to retort under their real name and brand.

lol, nah just felt bad for the poor DeluxHost person dealing with this guy. My join date was back in November for the BF deals and i just haven't interacted at all bc i usually don't. Just felt a bit bold today. If you wanted to accuse me of something you should get ur facts straight. I ordered just like the rest of the customers if you checked my history, like u said u did. My join date has nothing to do with DeluxHost Its literally a random date. Kait ofc doesn't care about LET's rules based on previous messages and u joined right at the end of this convo just like i did. Wait maybe ur one of kait's shill accounts, yalls join dates are basicly a year apart and ur account has wayy less on it like a burner account. Hmm that could be.

My point is, literally anyone could be a shill/burner account including u. Thats for LET to deal with not u. U just wanted to join the convo and get a word in which imo is stupid.

To add to this and end it for me here today. I had a quick followup with @DeluxHost, the key takeaway was, mistakes do happen, but can be avoided, if you know how. My suggestion to look for actual testers was happily accepted and they seem to already look for testers on their Discord.

@DeluxHost will still be one of my recommendations, if you are looking for test/dev or really cheap machine. I genuinely think, that they are just trying their best and just started to learn how things are going. If we point them in the right direction and they keep listening and trying, they could grow big.
