Hello, Yes, They have them in the DC where we are located (they should have more locations if I remember correctly), but in any case I will have this part tweaked since our hardware is mostly in separate racks at the moment, and there is certainly no problem with that, probably whoever took care of the site had wrong information.

They don't stop lying Qupra DC1 doesn't have racks, you also don't have 400Gbps of peak throughput, 15 PNI is also bullshit. Fix your website and stop lying. 600+ peering sessions? Your era-ix port is down according to their website, InterIX is only v6 and your GNM-IX session also seems to be down. So you have 400Gbps peak throughput while only having 1 out of 3 IXPs active on IPv6 only which is at max 190 peers, not 600.

You can contact the Qupra manager if you'd like, they'll surely be able to direct you better to where to get them.
As for the rest, the sessions are currently down because we're making major infrastructure improvements, but it will take time to get everything back up to 100%, of course, but our overall capacity and our peering are not in doubt, If you are interested you can check our historical peerings with our IX up.
However, there are certainly many things that need to be fixed and refined, we are working on it right now.

The peering is all done at ninkef, at qupra we only have the spine network that distributes the rest
400gps is the capacity not the traffic
You still don't have a cage in qupra and your website says 400Gbps
also 400Gbps capacity with only 10Gbps of IXP capacity doesn't make sense at all. Keep lying.

Your AI website is full of lies, send a pic of your private cage bro, with what 15 providers do you have PNI? Your cloudflare goes over InterIX so no PNI there, Hetzner goes via transit so also no PNI, Google also via transit, leaseweb also via transit, what players do you have PNI with? Every big transit provider who lists their transit/ixp/pni levels on their website has more IXP capacity than transit, but you only have 10G IXP capacity at the moment and 30G max. Things are not adding up...

So you have a 100Gbps network infrastructure but you also have 400Gbps network infrastructure. You say redundant uplinks in every location but I only see 3 upstreams, one per location. You also claim that your infrastructure like transit/pni are the same in every location... I don't think InterIX is in Skylink, neither are 15 providers that are worth it to get PNI with....
Also don't get started on your unmetered unlimited bandwidth which is actually just limited to 15TB-25TB a month... that is not how unmetered or unlimited works.
Also remove malware from your network which has been online since 2026-04-16...

Yeah many lies are fine on launch day for the new website. How many lies can a single website contain? You are not a news outlet or a fake news influencer on Instagram. You are lying to your own customers.
Not to defend every point, but, they do have 2x100G with us in port capacity + I believe they also have interedge and gnmix in Ams on higher capacities. The 400G could very well be in terms of “connected capacity”. You see other providers do that too (eg. CDN77 for example)
