Pretty sure sharing an ASN defies the very purpose of an ASN, if the networks are not yours or your network's downstream.

Considering the price listed its not about that yearly fee but more about facilitating services for criminals. Only people I've seen sharing and using ASNs that aren't them is criminals doing crime.
