Clearly, sprinkling quotes and poems on the website is far more important than including business registration details, and information on who's actually running the business

The apartment complex where we live have openings, as several neighbors were recently evicted due to failure to pay rent.
Call +1 301 590 0068 are press 1 to speak to the leasing office.
Rent price is $1032/month.
Bonus: you can install Verizon FiOS and Comcast, for two residential IPs.
Shouldn't you have thought about this before you incorporated in the US? Just a thought
But serious question. Where is your company officially incorporated? You're looking to open a US bank account and secure a US lease at the same time suggests you may not be physically there. Fintechs watch for these kinds of discrepancies to comply with AML, fraud etc. If you are using someone else's lease agreements, that could be considered as misrepresentation of identity.
Seems like the provider is dodging this question. Definitely another red flag to note
I seriously don’t understand why anyone would register a business in the U.S. when there are much better alternatives in more business-friendly and civilized countries.
But since you’re trying, why not just use Stripe Atlas to set up a Delaware LLC? It only costs $500, includes a registered agent, and they work together with Mercury Bank, so it’s relatively easy to get a bank account.
Such a shill lmao
@NushairAlvi
As I recall, any person can open a US based company LLC, and by that opening of an LLC will automatically give you access to a US bank Account, why not just do that???
Oh wait, @xvps beat me to it:
Tag suspended, nothing more to add here.
Bro, are you fr saying that US is not business friendly country? THIS IS ONLY 1ST WORLD COUNTRY that is business friendly.
Meanwhile EU: monthly accounting reports, einvoicing, complicated books. I don’t even know where to start.
Of course, there is places like Nevis, HK, SG, but good luck getting any bank account for that LLC.
Maybe I don’t know about some hidden gemes, happy if you can recommend any country that is even close to US.
It’s hard to get a proper bank account, if your registered address is in place with 50k other LLC’s. What OP is asking for is 100% valid, but comes with higher price.
They probably needs to physically visit the United States to really discover something. And pay taxes in this country otherwise, why is it needed there?
@3K33
Thanks for your support, brother.
I was just asking for some help with setting up our bank account more easily. I don't think I've done anything wrong. I understand that we need to add the trade license to our website.
Our plan was to set up all the necessary things first like automation, proper payment gateways setup and then, before posting any major offers, we intended to add our company documents to the site.
But some gyes keep assuming that I'm doing something wrong just because I asked for help....
For you, it's like signing up for a game, although in fact it imposes a lot of responsibilities on you. As a company, you are required to comply with local conditions and pay taxes. Or do you hope that if you're physically far away, it won't affect you? How will this be treated in your home country?
I think this is true for most people making US LLCs for fun. I've seen far too many LLCs made for the funsies, not good.
A bit exaggerated when you are talking about the whole EU, but it's true in the core.
Don't know now, but in 2025 it was supposedly possible with https://www.virtualpostmail.com
Too many businesses originating in the shresd
Correct @beanman109 ?
Estonia and UK.
Uk perfect for summerhosts, low cost, just deadpool after a year. Profit.
The owners of LLC when the local tax comes to them.
Nothing for fun about shedhosting
It's a serious business
Yup
Its all serious buziness
BTW @beanman109 did you setup a bidet?
house came with one but its a cold water bum gun im scared of the thing
Cwrap
Thought these days they made fancy ones with a hot and cold line coming together
You are doing it wrong if you don't know how to start a business in the EU without all that.
Sure, especially if half that shit is mandated by EU. The most you can optimize is having quarterly reports and a bit less complicated books. E-Invoicing is more and more popular across member states.
Ahhh, and even if you find some better country, it still doesn’t matter, because you live in shittier country and you manage your company from there.
I know what I am talking about, do you?
I think he's talking about Cyprus. But even then unless you live there you will be dinged in your country of residence unless you want to live in Cyprus too (substitute annual income tax for annual AK-47 bullet supply to defend yourself against the Turks).
Already suspended. Definitely not sus.
