I want to open a US bank account with a fintech company.
We have all the valid documents but we need a valid home/office lease agreement in the US to open it. Can anyone help me?

Did they say the reason of rejection because It may be something unrelated to address being virtual.
They specifically said a virtual office/registered address isn't allowed. They will accept any valid US home/office lease agreement.

1-) Will you give me a cut and use my lease agreement details? If it is, that's illegal.
2-) Will you edit/photoshop my lease agreement to use it with your own details? If yes, this is also illegal
3-) Will you give me a position in your company so my lease agreement can be used? That's also suspicious.
So I can't come up with a valid and legit reason someone asking for such request.

Well, the issue is that the fintech company has specific rules in place about what addresses they accept because they're trying to prevent fraud / bad actors. You're doing exactly what they're trying to stop, so obviously people might think that you're doing it for the wrong reason, exactly like the fintech company does.
The big problem is that if anyone helps you and you do turn out to be a bad actor, they themselves will end up in a whole difficult situation. That's why you're unlikely to find what you want, except from someone else who's doing something shady.
