    Hi!
    I have bought my third DeluxeHost server.
    But I can't find my order number. Got an email that my order has been activated, but no order number in it. Got another email with payment receipt and invoice number, but also no order number.
    where to find it?
    Want a bonus too. )

    Server went down this morning 8:40 am, raised a ticket at 09:22. Manual boot is failing as well. Received response at 11:11 to try again but still the same issue. No reply or resolution yet. This is suppose to be a premium/better server than the other offers.

    5 hours down and counting!!!

  • I do not recommend buying storage vps from them.
    Disk read speed decreased after a monthh of use to 1.1-1.4 MB/s. Technical support ignored the problem.

    They reply at April 18th, 2026 (17:47):

    The results you shared (very low read speed, high latency, and near 100% disk utilization) strongly indicate an issue on the host node storage, such as heavy load or degraded disk performance.
    This is not expected behavior and would definitely impact usability.
    To resolve this, we recommend migrating your VPS to another node with healthier storage performance.
    Please let us know if we have your permission to proceed with the migration, and we’ll handle it as soon as possible.

    I replied on April 19th, 2026 (15:59):

    Ok, transfer to another node

    But April 22th 2026 (22:12) they closed the ticket without solving the problem.

    It was probably closed automatically by the system after your ticket was overturned and went unanswered.

  • Since April 18, the CPU Steal Time parameter has increased on my VPS, now up to 13%. And it keeps increasing. Should I worry about this, or is it a normal occurrence?

    My VPS has been going off and online over ten times since yesterday and continues this morning as well

    when the server is up, its almost unusable - so slow that it feels like so much of an oversell that nothing works, most likely a culprit user running something huge. I wasn't expecting this for the Ryzen W-4 node though...

    Hi Arnold,

    I'm experiencing the exact same issue and have been working with Lorenzo on this since February 25th, 2026 — so over two months now.

    Despite multiple follow-ups and providing detailed fio benchmarks showing extremely high latency and near-zero IOPS, the only permanent explanation I received was: "The speed really depends from the rest of user usage." and "This is the fault of those who abuse the nodes".

    Unlike in your case, they never offered a migration to another node. The situation was reviewed several times with no lasting improvement — any temporary fix reverted within hours.

    I was also just informed that the upcoming Ceph migration does not apply to storage VPS nodes, so there's no planned fix on the horizon either.

    All my services were suspended on the 22nd due to expiration even though there was still a month remaining.
    I assumed it was a system error that would be quickly corrected (the status reads: "Suspension Reason: Overdue on Payment"), but it wasn't (usually avoid opening tickets; I almost never do it).

    I was forced to open a support ticket on the 23rd but received no response (Ticket: #FXV-873494), despite agents being listed as "online." Today is the 24th, and I still haven't heard back; furthermore, their "live chat" simply ignores my messages (showing the status "message read").

    Placing a pre-order but receiving the service weeks later implies that the billing cycle should be based on the actual delivery date. This issue had already been resolved via a support ticket; however, it appears that a change was made to their system that reverted the date back to the original pre-order date, resulting in my suspension.

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue with pre-orders or "standard" orders?

    Hello,

    This is not a general issue affecting all services, and only a very small number of older pre-orders were impacted.

    The reason is simple, during a billing system adjustment, some services that originally had a delayed delivery time (such as pre-orders with 1–2 weeks provisioning time) were incorrectly recalculated from the original offer date instead of the actual activation date.

    This caused some expiration dates to shift earlier than they should have, which then triggered automatic suspension notices.

    It is not a payment issue and it is not related to contracts being shortened intentionally. It is simply a date alignment mistake that can be corrected manually without any problem.

    Your case is already being reviewed and the dates will be fixed accordingly.

    am i the only person who is actually happy with there vps? It's never went down since i bought it around 10+ days ago and performance is actually great for the price.

    You're not the only one, but simply those who are happy or satisfied tend not to write, while on the contrary those who encounter problems are more inclined to publish it in the hope of quicker help. I'm happy anyway and I thank you, because it's always nice to see happy people. :)

    I totally agree with the VPS quality.
    Unfortunately the storage VPS I got it had very slow IO but they were willing to help as soon as I opened a ticket and when I asked for a refund they did it immediately without a question asked.

    The VPS of 1.99€ is stable, fast and for it's price a definitive value for money.

    I also bought a X3 VPS which is even better. 2 vcores @2.20 4 GB ram and 60 GB ssd for 14€ a year can't be found anywhere!

    For the money they charge they are perfect and I am more than happy so far as a client.

    I hope they will keep providing the same service level for long.
