am i the only person who is actually happy with there vps? It's never went down since i bought it around 10+ days ago and performance is actually great for the price.

You're not the only one, but simply those who are happy or satisfied tend not to write, while on the contrary those who encounter problems are more inclined to publish it in the hope of quicker help. I'm happy anyway and I thank you, because it's always nice to see happy people. :)

    this is always the case

Would greatly appreciate +1 GB RAM as the bonus (or +10 GB Storage as second choice) — running a small ops stack on X-0 and 512 MB is quite tight. Thanks for the restock!

Following up on Order #2821974350 — still waiting on the bonus. Saw @Victini mentioned the same thing a couple posts up, so I figured I'd add a data point rather than open a separate ticket.
@DeluxHost whenever you have a moment — and to others in this thread, has anyone here actually gotten the freebie applied this round? Just trying to gauge if it's a queue issue or if I missed a step.

+1 GB RAM would be prefered I guess :)

Could you add +10gb nvme storage as an extra drive(!) instead for Order Number: 9543609855?

    Just placed another order:

    Order Number: 3841785874
    +1 vCore would be appreciated

@enzosama Also still haven't received a freebie for my two orders.

Many people have received freebies, unfortunately there are many of you, if we have forgotten you simply open a ticket and we will help you

    No problem on this

  • @DeluxHost - please could you look at my ticket again - QID-067213 ?

  • @DeluxHost , I don't understand what's going on.

I purchased a service from you (Order # 8143625103). During testing, it turned out that the IP address was blocked by my ISP. Since an IP change wasn't possible, I canceled the order. That was back on March 25.

After the cancellation, I opened a ticket (JWB-311581) because the money wasn't returned to my payment method. At first, I was asked to wait, but now my replies in the ticket are being completely ignored.

It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my refund.

How can I get my money back? And why has it come to the point where I have to post here instead of resolving this in the ticket?

  • I have two servers down. Are you having issues in DC again? What caused the outage this time?
    I've opened ticket #EAR-609571

I hope to hear back soon regarding the ticket

Having issues also since this morning. Added them to my ongoing ticket which didn't receive any updates since last week.

Basically what happens on my (T-Series) VPS today: packet loss, IPv6 connectivity totally disappears, then IPv4 also is gone, and when returned I can see that CPU Steal is high. IPv6 doesn't return after this until a complete reboot.

Happened 3 times already this morning. Really getting fed up with DeluxHost; asking more money but it's getting worse and worse.

Without having to rewrite the same message in every post, the situation is that this morning's problems appear to be related to our DC.

We are working to fix everything, and the problems should be mostly resolved, but we're still checking.

For customers of older offers, if your server doesn't seem to be coming back online, we recommend a quick reboot. For customers of newer offers or T, the downtime totaled 5-10 minutes, but not at the same time.

We'll see what happened in more detail as soon as I have more data in hand.

We can control and solve what depends on us, when the problems, whether they are of our upstream or of the DC, affect us too, the situation becomes more complex

But we remain confident as the uptime of the last few months has been good and we cannot consider it terrible, there are significant improvements, and we are continuing to work for you.

my server goes down every 2 weeks and has to be rebooted manually to work again. A ticket that I want to be moved to a different server was replied to, but no one bothered to do it yet.

Then the DC issues. This is the second one, apparently. Weren't the servers recently moved to that DC? Why bother, if it is so bad?

My server is unusable. Fortunately, I have a backup and found a replacement server. B)

Raised a billing issue on Friday (second instance of this, being charged early for renewal, between 1 and six months early); @DeluxHost can you please look at my ticket QID-067213. Asking here and on the ticket for an update gets nowhere.
Support has deteriorated from this provider.

You can try to blame the DC, but we're having a contract with you, you have to provide a service. So it's your responsibility; if the DC has an issue that can happen, but that's your contractpartner.

Also, the "IPv6 doesn't return" after an issue is something that is already known by you for quite some time and apparantly still not resolved. Really annoying today when you have to do a reboot every couple of hours to get the IPv6 connectivity back again. Also your recommendation of "turn off and on again" is of IT Crowd level. Which was great from a comedy and stereotyping perspective, but really crazy in 2026.

But we remain confident as the uptime of the last few months has been good and we cannot consider it terrible, there are significant improvements, and we are continuing to work for you.

LOL... increasing CPU Steal is just part of it. But because of the DC move and raising the costs for your customers, expectations became higher. In my opinion don't live up to it at this point. Still cannot use the VPS for the intended purpose (SQL Cluster node) because of small periods of disconnection - you may not see that in your monitoring, but they happen. Haven't got that issue with other providers.

All problems or downtime are listed on our status page. I'm sorry for the issues you've had and for not responding to your ticket in a timely manner. May I ask what your ticket ID is to check?

I'll check back soon. Unfortunately, we're hiring new staff as some people have decided to leave for personal reasons. This means we're limited to a smaller team, but with more and more tickets being opened each day, which is lengthening wait times, though not making them infinite.

You're absolutely right, the responsibility remains ours, but I still want to let you know that we are customers just like you. Unfortunately, this sometimes makes it impossible for us to do anything, like a few weeks ago when the power went out for 8 hours. Customers were rightly very angry with us, but even then, there wasn't much we could do, and that certainly makes me feel guilty.

For your IPv6 problem, if I remember correctly, a fix was found more than once, but it seems to keep coming back. We've had several technicians and upstream look into the problem, but if that's the case, it seems like I've just wasted my money, so I'll look for other solutions, since we're trying to help everyone as best we can.

Customer expectations rightly remain high, but we are making investments, and that takes time. It's not been long since the price increase, and things don't change overnight. I'm doing what we can with what we have. When I say that uptime is actually improving month after month, I'm not being inaccurate, although obviously that doesn't mean it's perfect or good, but rather that we're going in the right direction. For now, after redundancy in our network systems, our focus remains on moving everyone to our new NVMe infrastructure. I don't think it will take long. This will eliminate all those annoying reboots for customers when small downtimes like this occur, and will speed up everything.
Unfortunately, due to the imperfect architecture of SSD systems, this remains the main problem for many customers, although not all, in our old offers.

As for the small disconnections, I'm not really aware of them. Do you think you could send me some photos via DM if possible?

  • At first I thought the offers from DeluxHost are unmissable, but it comes with clarity that these VPSs are not stable as the standard VPS from other providers would be. So, I have loved my apps to NovaCloud and HostBrr.

I have three VPS from DeluxeHost and one of them is the premium Ryzen server. However frequent downtimes does not work well with my websites, so I am now just going to use these servers as backups until the expiry.

It is unfortunate as I wanted to do everything to keep my live apps on DeluxHost but the amount of issues are not something my clients can handle.

Thanks for your feedback, but I believe the Ryzen nodes you're referring to are the W? nodes, which have had 100% uptime in recent months. Incidents or problems like the one we discussed privately can happen anywhere.

Significant downtimes that have lasted many hours are extremely rare. What we're obviously currently working to resolve are minor disconnections like today, which can last 2-3 minutes, but are obviously very annoying.

We will still work to improve even more.

base on VNC errors and help of ChatGPT, this is assume (may be their disk too many bad sector)

Disk I/O error on /dev/vda3. EXT4 journal aborted, filesystem remounted read-only. Multiple Buffer I/O errors and superblock write failures. System services failing due to input/output errors → VPS becomes inaccessible. Likely host node storage/disk failure. Requesting node check or migration.
