Brazil VPS providers
Looking for a Brazil location VPS for a personal project, not sure how the prices are there so I will leave the budget open (I assume $10-ish should be enough/m for a low spec VPS?).
1Gbit uplink should be fine - the rest of hardware, eh whatever, it'll be a single wireguard instance so doesn't have to be a beefy VPS.

For Brazil, there were couple threads in the past:
But does it have to be Brazil? There are very few providers on LET who offer there I think. Additionally the throughput seems to be rather limited, for example gcore only offers 50-100mbps there. May be worth checking Vultr. I'm not sure about the networking speed they offer there.
If you consider Chile (Santiago), there's @jfrac (infofractal) with unmetered traffic @ 1Gbps from $4/m (there are cheaper 500mbps plans for as low as $2.5/m).
Here's latency from Brazil to their network.
Infofractal is very stable, especially after their migration to a new DC.
