se for pra jogos no brasil você tem de contratar ovh ou locaweb não tem como fugir, se for para outras coisas tem oracle cloud gratis para sempre que nao atende os requerimentos, para outras coisas acho bom a digitalocean ou a alibabacloud.
mano sei que tu é br, dependendo do que você quer fazer é mais barato contratar uns semi-dedicados ou dedibox. em questão de servidores fora do brasil é bom pegar um em miami ou mexico. um bom site pra conseguir servidores com espaço é a wishosting.
