    There was this teeny tiny controversy surrounding VeloxMedia recently. I think there was a pretty big thread about it, must have been at least 179 pages. Can't remember where to find it, but you should give it a read if you ever stumble across it...

    Basically if you have paid before the end of December, you've paid Lewis and you're (according to Eric) not a customer of his, so your VPS could be terminated at any given moment. Or you could face an extortion offer.

    New to this sub, catching up on the drama. What's actually going on with them? I've been running 3 VMs since Sep '25 with essentially 100% uptime the entire time. Yesterday all three took a coordinated 18?24 minute nap and came back up with a new control panel that looks...different.
    Haven't gotten any billing changes or notices outside some management email and migration email. Curious what everyone else's fleet is doing right now.

    Just don't do anything. It's like @VirMach except any inconvenience e.g making any ticket will likely trigger a contract termination, without refund. Sep'25 + 180 days < today(). So, it's likely you won't get any refund.

    I personally have considered purchasing Lewis's offers. However, @beanman109 discovered discrepancies on the billing, as Lewis didn't give real information on the invoice e.g corporate details. At that time, there's no active business registration under his name. So, turns out he's trading as sole trader. That's a red flag.
    It happened on 2025 BF thread. So, many people have interest to see the aftermath.
    Turns out, he and his gay partner is a serial phoenixer since he was 18 years old. Doing bad business practices to his customer ever since.
    And he transferred the assets to Eric banks, who are bad at communication and other personality issues.
    So, if you have problem, it's better to not tell that you were here. Because he's determined to purge LET users from his machines. If you want to know why, keep reading through 100 pages

    Honestly, if whomever is running the show wasn't completely incapable of normal human interaction, they'd probably be a well regarded provider. "Eric" shot himself in the foot by not just saying from the start that he'd honor the previous deals. I don't think that the ransom emails have been so widespread that they've moved the needle, but I could be wrong. They seem to have been motivated by vengeance rather than necessity. If he hadn't threatened LET, he'd still be a provider in good standing and could be selling here.

    Some people unfortunately got mixed up in a long con. Which hasn't ended.

    TLDR the (new) owner of VeloxMedia cannot handle criticism and acted like a child terminating every LET deal or change to a monthly extortion fee.

    also see https://discord.boloxmedia.co.uk/ for more childish behavior. Even if he turns out to be doing a good job now, I wouldn't trust them with any important data, as he could easily act up again and delete it from one second to the next.

    I should have said that this also completely possible and what I believed at the start. I'm just saying that given the information that I have, my thoughts on the matter have changed. I'm not sure what the long con is given that they have killed very few of the accounts that were "unsustainable". I know they sold a lot of 3 years deals, so this thing could still go further south before the majority get what they paid for.
