    Aren't they Estonian?

Don't know, but their business (eingetragener Kaufmann / Einzelunternehmen) is based in Germany

When this is all over, who here is excited for getting their paycheck from HostSlick for defending them? :D

@GermanyPremium You sound very much like a customer who left us a short time ago under our KYC, sending threats with a legal firm cc-ed into the email with self generated legal invoices for costs, maybe its not you but they had also been from Germany and had a very similar tone and demanding attitude.

    Are you an angry MJJ?
There is been a lot of funny MJJ posts here lately <3

That said, Max is incompetent and overworked. I'm not sure I would go as far as calling him a scammer, though.

It’s shitty host, so I'm not too surprised that his way of surviving seems to be providing services for shady businesses

I may not agree with KYC, but damn that sounds like a really childish customer. :D

Posting to complain about a service provider and seek a refund is acceptable, but attacking viewers who explain the actual situation in your post is very wrong. Doing so will only turn public opinion toward the service provider rather than you.

@GermanyPremium said: This isn't just about a refund anymore. I will be submitting all internal correspondence, logs, and evidence regarding the nature of the services provided and the illegal practices of this company. The authorities will decide who is following the law and who is not.

It’s not a "personal weapon," it’s called accountability.

When a provider goes silent for days, ignores support tickets, and holds onto your money without providing the service or a refund, what do you call it? A gift?

From your images, they said they'd have to source the hardware, delivery 1st April.

You said "yes, please take my money".

Then 4 days before the expected delivery date, when presumably they'd already committed to buying hardware to provide your server, you decided to cancel.

They said "we don't provide refunds".

    You got pissy.

    What's this thread about exactly?

    Oooooh, your final word!

If my refund is not processed by 5:00 PM today, every single piece of evidence—including internal logs, chat history, and proof of Hostslick’s involvement in providing infrastructure for illegal activities—will be officially filed via Email and Fax to the Staatsanwaltschaft Nürnberg-Fürth.

Oh no! That sounds really, really serious.

I’m not here to play games or win a "wall of text" contest with you. I am here for my money. If it’s not returned, the conversation will continue with the German authorities, not with you.

Oh, but it's so much fun talking to you, are you sure you don't want to stay a while and join in the bants?

The clock is ticking. Watch me.

What's the URL for the webcam? Some of the folks here would be very into that.

Someone got angry and thinks talking proudly and loud would help to get any attention, but maybe can get to jail too.

Also, just looking through all the images again and it's clear there are messages missing.

Max said servers are 399 each. He replies saying he wants to accept Max's deal, and puts the price as 330/m. The next picture is of a message with the payment transaction.

Nowhere in these messages does Max agree to the lower price, nor is there a negotiation or a request for payment for any amount.

I think Max has dodged a bullet here once this customer has left.

I don't need to prove my location or my identity to a bunch of anonymous trolls who act like a "shield" for a provider failing to meet its own written promises. Your amateur attempts to belittle the situation only show how desperate you are to protect a failing reputation.

You three can continue "affectionately" defending them while their business model is being dismantled by the prosecutor. The choice is theirs.

    just fucking do it then

My friend, all that big talk and yet you cant do shit. It is no secret that HostShit is .. HostShit. But resulting to empty threats wont get you far in life. For something like that you first would have to contact the German Police and make something called an "Anzeige". After that the German authorities will take three to six months to process, only for you to get a letter that the "Verfahren ist eingestellt" (Basically meaning that they wont enquire further due to missing evidence). If by any luck you will be able to pay an actual lawyer it will take 12-36 months to start a proper case and sue him. As the German Police has no interest in a small, irrelevant fly like HostShit, you will have to provide all the evidence yourself (no, your shitty screenshots wont do good). No one is defending this clown, but if you act like one, you will be treated the same way.

I think that the OP (= @GermanyPremium ) is gone, possibly for the better

In any case, few users here still have any illusions about @HostSlick , who entered a downward spiral a long while ago

In this respect, the OP is late to the party
