SCAM ALERT - hostslick.com
Hello Community,
I am opening this thread to warn everyone about HostSlick. I have been a victim of their stalling tactics regarding a refund for a TRC20 (USDT) payment. Despite multiple tickets and days of waiting, they have stopped responding and are withholding my funds.
I have attached 6 screenshots below documenting the entire process:
Proof of Payment: Successful TRC20 transaction from my wallet.
Blockchain Confirmation: Tronscan record showing the funds reached their wallet.
Initial Refund Request: My first ticket asking for a refund (Date shown).
Stalling Replies: Their generic responses designed to waste time.
Ignored Tickets: Proof that my recent inquiries have been left unanswered for days.
Final Notice: The last warning I sent before coming here.
Provider: HostSlick (HostSlick Ltd)
Payment Method: Crypto (TRC20)
Issue: Intentional stalling and refusal to refund.
I am also in the process of filing a formal complaint with the German Prosecutor's Office (Staatsanwaltschaft) since they have operations and footprints in the Berngau/Germany region.
BEWARE: Do not send any crypto payments to this provider unless you are willing to lose your money with zero support.
I will update this thread if (and only if) they process my refund.

Welcome to LET. However, what made you believe that this community was your personnal weapon to threaten a provider?
@fredo1664
It’s not a "personal weapon," it’s called accountability.
When a provider goes silent for days, ignores support tickets, and holds onto your money without providing the service or a refund, what do you call it? A gift?
Asking for my own money back after being stalled for days isn't a "threat"—it’s a customer demanding the service they paid for. If highlighting a provider’s lack of transparency and unprofessionalism on a public forum bothers you, maybe you should ask yourself why you’re so quick to defend a "scam alert" situation instead of standing with a fellow member who’s being ignored.
I am here to warn the community so others don't lose their money. If you think that’s using the forum as a weapon, then we clearly have a different understanding of what a community is for.
duh
You literally begged for a refund and they normally don't refund. This is not a normal process, this doesn't affect anyone else just wanting to rent a VPS or dedi
They even forwarded the request to billing on the 6th this month and said it can take up to 14 days, you cry about it here on the 16th, 10 days later. At least wait for their specified period to end xD
@NotFoundException
"Begged"? You have a very strange way of defining a customer demanding their rights.
The provider explicitly accepted the refund request. If they had stated from the beginning that they don't offer refunds, this thread wouldn't even exist. The issue here is the broken promise and the lack of communication.
It seems like my struggle for my rights is causing you a lot of pain. Are you their unofficial spokesperson or just a full-time troll? How much are they paying you to defend their lack of professionalism, or do you do this for free?
I’m not here for your "advice"; I'm here to ensure they follow through on what they promised. If that's too much for you to handle, feel free to ignore the thread.
You're not a fellow member of this community. You were not there before. You created your account to post your wall of text. You're not here to warn anybody, you're here to use the community as leverage. At least have the honesty to not bullshit us.
The only thing that matters is the contract. Does the contract say that you have the right to get a refund in your circumstances? If not, and if the contract is enforceable, then getting a refund is not your legal right.
And stop using the word "scam" so loosely.
@NotFoundException
Look at the attached screenshot. This was written on March 28th.
Maximilian Kutzner (Staff) officially confirmed: "Yes, this has my approval" and stated it would take 7-10 days for the accountant to handle it. Today is April 16th.
Do the math. It’s been 19 days. They have doubled their own deadline and still nothing. Is pointing out a 19-day delay on an approved refund still "begging" in your world, or are you just here to act as their unpaid PR agent?
Stop trying to defend the indefensible. I am holding them to their own written word. If you still think I’m the one in the wrong here, you are clearly not a "member," you are just a shill.
I'm not getting paid, I just think you are in the wrong
"Demanding their rights", what rights are you talking about?
Be happy that they even do refund you and wait until their given period runs out. You are just trash talking and want to blackmail them
Alexander wrote it can take 7-14 days on the 14th.
You can't calculate the length of that period from your request, only from their confirmation of starting to process the refund. You are just mad.
@fredo1664 @forest @NotFoundException
I’m done debating with people who profit from defending unprofessionalism. It’s pathetic to see you trying to protect a provider that violates its own written agreements while labeling the victim as the "bad guy."
Since you are so obsessed with "contracts" and "community rules," let’s see how the authorities handle it. I am no longer interested in your trolling. I have already prepared a detailed report for the Staatsanwaltschaft Nürnberg-Fürth.
This isn't just about a refund anymore. I will be submitting all internal correspondence, logs, and evidence regarding the nature of the services provided and the illegal practices of this company. The authorities will decide who is following the law and who is not.
Enjoy your time defending them while you can. From this point on, I will let the official legal process speak for me. See you in the official records.
lol
I was literally just in another threat arguing that customers should be allowed to post negative reviews without retaliation. I am certainly not someone who thinks hosts are always right. But you are absolutely not providing a review in good faith.
With that said, I do not profit off of this at all. I am not an employee of or affiliated with HostSlick. In fact, I'm not even a customer of theirs. But if you think anyone who disagrees with you is on their payroll... meh.
Oh shit, he's going to summon Andrew from legal!

I've lol'ed.
However good luck, HostSlick is well known here (have you tried searching in this community for warnings? :_D) to take months or years to solve things that are harder than "reboot server". Especially if this involves different "department" aka accountants.
In theory Max is overworked and put hands in too many things. In practice we have no idea

Keep barking wherever the money is; that’s what trolls like you do best. You underestimate people because you think you’re hidden behind a keyboard, but this time you’ve crossed the wrong person.
Do you have any idea what will happen to your precious Hostslick.com when the German prosecutor sees the evidence of their operational methods? You see me as a "fool" for chasing $2000, but for that $2000, they are going to lose their entire infrastructure and potentially their freedom.
Remember how Xtream Codes collapsed? If you know anything about this industry, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Providing infrastructure for illegal activities in Germany is a fast track to a jail cell.
I’m done talking to you. While you’re busy trolling, I’ll be busy ensuring the authorities take a very deep look into Hostslick’s servers, logs, and business model. Watch what happens next.
Tick-tock.
Over 300 confirmed kills?
You paid a provider $2000 through a method that doesn't allow chargeback without even looking into their reputation first?
I'm not even in Germany. What HostSlick does is on them, not any of us.
I see, German IPTV "provider" gonna call authorities.
How to loose 2000$ and get in jail in one simple step.
Also why do I have a feeling most of those posts are LLMs generated?
Any idea how to burn credits?
Are you sure German Police have any authority over HostSlick? Do a deep dive research - where German is located. Where Police is located. Where HostSlick is located. Who owns HostSlick.
Because they are.
@fredo1664 @forest @NotFoundException
I don't need to prove my location or my identity to a bunch of anonymous trolls who act like a "shield" for a provider failing to meet its own written promises. Your amateur attempts to belittle the situation only show how desperate you are to protect a failing reputation.
This is my final word on this thread:
If my refund is not processed by 5:00 PM today, every single piece of evidence—including internal logs, chat history, and proof of Hostslick’s involvement in providing infrastructure for illegal activities—will be officially filed via Email and Fax to the Staatsanwaltschaft Nürnberg-Fürth.
I’m not here to play games or win a "wall of text" contest with you. I am here for my money. If it’s not returned, the conversation will continue with the German authorities, not with you.
You three can continue "affectionately" defending them while their business model is being dismantled by the prosecutor. The choice is theirs.
The clock is ticking. Watch me.
just fucking do it then
Their reputation isn't particularly great here in the first place, which you would have known if you did any research and actually cared about your $2000 before throwing it at a random host.
Go ahead. It's not my tax money you're wasting.
Compared to your posts, I consider mine to be particularly laconic. You win that game.
Please also include at least my messages from this thread, so they contact me as well
I have to say, at least this post is entertaining, compared to the usual MJJ drama. Do you set a parameter in your LLM to get this level of drama? How does it work?
Nobody is defending Hostslick. I am, though, trying to defend this community against people like you who think we are some kind of leverage you can use.
Aren't they Estonian?
I seem to be the only "happy" customer of him.
Possibly the cheapest storage box on earth, initially some issue but they got fixed
Also threatening someone with Staatsanwaltschaft is a jerk move when you plan to setup a streaming website.
They may ask you to testify to save their business in front of Germanty's highest court.
