Just gonna be honest, my experience over a year has been pretty negative. Poor uptime and just overall unreliable. Support also takes a long time to answer.
The price is still good so it's fine.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback, but to be clear, the period of greatest problems has now passed. Aside from a few minor issues with our current DC, our uptime remains stable, and our support team now has a larger team.

No response on chat & also contact form I think they are not serious about their business. I have past experience. Some companies offer very cheap price, and after a few months, they are closing their business.

For a quicker response, opening a support ticket remains the quickest option.
