    My experience with DigitalFyre has been excellent.

    Hello! As the offer states:

    Sold as is. Resources are not upgradeable.
    But you can stack up to 4 of these, just open a support ticket (IPs do not stack)

    Stacking two will give you 16C 16G 130 NVMe for $20.00/mo. If this is the route you wish to take, please place an order and open a support ticket. There are no other customization options, I'm afraid.

    Directly from the FAQ on our VPS Page:

    You're free to utilize the full CPU allocation of your VPS for short bursts — a few minutes at a time is typically acceptable for tasks such as compiling, software installation, or processing-intensive operations.

However, since this is a shared environment, we kindly request that all customers be mindful of prolonged or excessive CPU usage. Long-running jobs that peg the CPU at 100% for extended periods can negatively impact others on the same node.

We don't apply throttling immediately, but we do monitor overall node health and usage patterns. If we detect behavior that's excessive or unfair to others, our team will reach out, explain the situation, and apply throttling if needed to maintain a balanced environment.

    The pricing is very attractive; however, it feels a bit odd that the number of CPU cores is lower than the amount of memory. It also seems a bit strange to pair such a large amount of CPU and memory with a relatively limited amount of disk storage—is this the result of the recent price hikes in memory and storage?
    I would like to know what the sustainable, long-term price for this configuration would be.

    I've been using it for almost half a year.
    The server is fantastic! The supplier responds to technical support tickets very quickly! It offers excellent value for money.

    Depends on how much you go over the traffic allowance. The automatic throttle is set to 100 Mbps. However, if traffic abuse is detected, a more aggressive approach will be taken, and the throttling will be communicated to the customer.

    I am curious what use case requires more than 8 TB of bandwidth per month on a VPS.
