There is a concern I have. In your AUP:
This seems fine on the surface, but there's a big difference between "permitted" and "required". The way it is written now, customers are agreeing to you monitoring their systems and share information with anyone if not prohibited by law.
You could, for example, sell pcaps or even VM images to law enforcement or "threat analysis groups" (e.g. Team Cymru, who resell to various governments) even in the absence of a legal requirement to do so. It acts as a catch-all that allows you to do anything you want with our data that you legally can. I know you'll say you won't (and I believe you), but the policy, as written, gives you that power.
