I applied for a refund from CloudCone, and it blocked my account.

Is this reasonable? I want to apply for a refund for the balance on my account through CloudCone.

CloudCone told me to wait 7-14 days, and when I asked them after 14 days, they just played dead.

It's just been a month today, the work order was just closed, and the account was also banned?

I really felt it, it's very unfair. I can't even withdraw my balance now

    • I’ve had a few providers accuse me of being the same person as someone else creating and cancelling many orders.

      I simply deny it and tell them there’s no proof of that because I never did it. Then they usually apologize and refund asap.

      They’re under attack by competition it seems. That’s why may adopt no refund policy to engage with serious customers only.

      @Cloudcone sounds like you have some collateral damage.

    • This feeling is just like when I give feedback to cc. cc is extremely arrogant, ignores you completely, constantly tests your patience, and finally just locks you in a little dark room.

      My PayPal transaction records are all under this number. I can’t figure out where this rule is violated. They didn’t reply to any information when I asked.
