my server just stopped as well at 5am CEST. Tried to start it from the panel and it just failed. Lets see how long it will be this time for support!

Dear Customers,
In one Datacenter we're in there was a power outage tonight at 1:23. Since ~4:45 some services went up and we see live network traffic going through. (After confirming, one of the feeds came back up, making partial service restoration). It affects multiple providers, including us. Multiple nodes are still down, and we requested manual RH intervention. Our VPN server is down - and our upstream VPN is unreachable as well. After contacting NOC, remote hands is dispatched and they should arrive to the Datacenter in a moment. From this server, we can access IPMI of other ones - and fix VPS nodes in question. Further communication will be provided by WHMCS Network Outage/tickets. We will provide a compensation to affected users.
@Chunkserve this is incredibly frustrating. Please help with this.
Of course, I'll do, right after the outage. I heard from my colleagues that feed A in multiple racks came back up and the power company is on-site.
oh well, outage again. I am super tired of having to either start VM manually because it does not start automatically or open a ticket and then ping here as well because tickets may be left unanswered for hours. If it is down - let it stay down.

We're still waiting for the root cause - but this is outside of our scope. Multiple hosting providers were affected. It is not an issue on our side. I asked datacenter owner about it, and got a reply "Liander is onsite" - no exact RCA yet. At this point, we're strongly consiering moving away, to more reliable facility.
From what I acknowledged, this is not a grid outage, as I also do not see any issues posted by Liander. This seems like a serious fault in Qupra infrastructure.

Did anyone else requested a refund and received it? Or am i (or we) being scammed and strung along?
To the people with issues and using domains, check if your VPS IP is still the same as the beginning. Mine has been silently changed without notification, resulting in annoying issues and downtime.
Also the ticket service, replies when they (or he) wants to, could be once every 3 days, or not at all. So if you have server issues on a live environment your F'ed.
I personally requested for a refund, almost a week ago, ticket got closed, but still no sign of a refund (would be dispatched to collegue, but i think it's a 1 man company)
They process the server cancellation happened in 24 hours, but no refund.
The TOS or the FAQ doesn't exist, so keep in mind they can do whatever they want,

But no, no one tries to scam you. What do you mean by changed? And what was the ticket number? Without issung a refund (or sorting out the case) it should not be closed. Refunds are processed by Mateusz - not me. It is not a "1 man" comapny, and public reports are proving that. TOS exists - it's on the website footer. I can provide you a link to it. Anyways - DMing you to fix this.
All VMs are booting back up again. All nodes are up (some of them required manual intervention).
We asked datacenter for full RCA and as soon as we receive it, it will be posted.
If anyone has issue with their server, please open a ticket and it will be solved.
