The 10 IPv6 addresses are preselected -- you can choose from these 10 addresses, but you can't add other addresses to use from your /64 subnet

What does this 3-month contract mean? Do I have to pay every 3 months? Or will I have to pay an astronomical amount for the VPS in the 4th month?

On checkout you should prepay for 3 month.

For example for first 3 month term I just paid 2.98x3.
After first 3 month I should pay again 2.98x3 for next 3 month

I value the stability of VPS more. I checked the information and found that UltraVPS is an old schooled and stable VPS service provider with a good reputation, so I am honored to be your customer.

Is the contract price for life? (Netcup prices went up so I had to move out), I mean will the three month renewal fee stay at this price? Is there any LET bandwidth doubling event?

Additionly, I reinstall the vps with netboot[dot]xyz, I found that the 200GB space was not allocated directly, maybe it was in a ZFS storage pool, so I formatted it as ext4 and manually mounted it to /data.
Now I'm not sure if I need to do sudo tune2fs -m 0 /dev/vdb to free up the ext4 reserved space.
