Waiting for almost 2 weeks now with an unusable server.
@Chunkserve My ticket (TPW-988846) was automatically closed, and I'm not sure if that's why the issue was never handled.I have manually reopened the ticket.
The VPS has been unreachable since provisioning (no ping / no SSH).
Could you please check this?

I had the same issue before and found out it was an IP conflict. You can try using VNC to handle it.

I'm getting a Cloudflare bad gateway error from https://billing.chunkserve.com/, and my VPS is down.
are you on new virtfusion node or old virtualizor ?
my vps on virtualizor occasionally off & the only way to bring it up were thru billing panel. the virtualizor panel uname pass were not given if I remember correctly, I'll edit this if I'm mistaken.
I'm on a Virtualizor node. However, the billing page itself wasn't loading for me, so I couldn't even log in. It's back up now, though.
Up now (the billing page). Went to the virtualizor ('EndUser Panel' link) and update my pass there and bookmark the virtualizor URL ( virt*ams chunkserve com )
I suggest you do the same.
Considering request to move to virtfusion (via support ticket) but not too important for me right now.

Yeah, CPU steal was over 50% here also. And yes, you fixed it just after your message here. And it returned within half an hour - average 10 to 15% with peaks of 50+%...
This is a returning issue - in the period I have this VPS it's happening quite regularly, and more than once I've been promised that there was monitoring on it, etc. Over a year later it still happens.

I recently ordered a new Xeon Gold NVMe Special 3 server, but I haven't been able to use it. I'm getting a "Connection refused" error immediately when trying to SSH into it right out of the box.
I opened a support ticket, but it still hasn't been resolved yet. Would really appreciate it if a rep could take a quick look and bump this, as the server is basically unusable for me right now without SSH.
Also, it looks like I didn't receive the freebie upgrade for my order yet! Could you look into that as well?

I also ordered a server for a client, but the speed test shows zero speed, and for some reason it's showing the UK instead of the Netherlands, as stated in the plan.
