I have an Arch Linux Mirror running in Melbicom Mumbai , India, the network performance and uptime is great,
They're fine, and not resellers from what I can see. They run their own network.
Got a few random VMs for different things with them.

Do they support custom ISOs? I couldn’t find Debian 13 in the OS templates, only Debian 12 is listed.
They don't really concern me when I read them.
I see 9x 1 star reviews:
2x complaining about kyc
3x complaining about slow activations
1x bitching about suspensions after abuse reports (and their entire profile is just the same at different companies)
2x without any info
1x who waited 5h for invoice to get marked as paid
and then 3x 3 star reviews:
1x "internet speeds not as advertised"
1x complaining about support, was claiming network issues and wanted to be moved to another node, support asked for evidence, he refused and was refunded
1x complaining about support and their "inability to consolidate bills into a single invoice" and port 25 being blocked
I've used them for a bit, they are pretty solid. Never had any issues when I was using them.
But depending on what you are looking for, there may be other better alternatives for running your production project.
