Since you didn't provide a ticket ID, I can't check. Keep in mind that our support mainly processes urgent tickets (e.g. outages) on weekends.

The AMD EPYC, Intel Xeon and Storage VPS are located in Netherlands-only. There is nothing specific you need to select.

Its possible to install Windows via ISO. Please create a ticket after ordering and request the virtio ISO to be attached as the secondary ISO.

HDD Storage is only possible on Intel Xeon VPS.
@NovaCloudHosting I opened a ticket (Ticket ID: 941193) to get a VPS transferred to my account, paid the invoice (13 April) but still no updates about the transfer. I have DMd and replied on the ticket a few times and giving time to get a reply but not seeing any updates. Is everything okay or just me over thinking 🤔
