Hi have raised a ticket to add 2gb more ram but havent gotten any reply since 3 days @Chunkserve

Chunkserve is slow to respond to tickets, but he will get to it eventually. When I first bought a VPS there, it had a host-side network configuration problem that prevented me from connecting. It took two weeks before my ticket was answered and I was able to connect to it. With that said, I'm happy with the service I am getting so far. But just be aware that he does not answer tickets fast.
Two weeks and you are happy? Our clients are used with replies within a few minutes and in the rare event of our reply being late for a few hours, they are not happy.
I'm happy with the service I have, i.e. once it was brought up, I have no further complaints. I have dozens of VPSes that I use for non-critical tasks, primarily donating bandwidth to the Tor network. If I had to run anything in production, I would not be using a dirty cheap low-end host. But for an extremely cheap VPS purchased during a promo, I think it's expected that patience is required. With that said, I was very close to asking for a refund by the point the ticket was handled.
Chunkserve should definitely answer tickets faster or hire help if he does not have the time to do it, but I did want to point out that the slow ticket handling is the only issue I experienced.
