    Yes, this is the second time my VPS has had network issues. The support ticket replies are very slow—last time I even waited two days.

    I can't see any network problems here either, and I repeat, 1-2 days for a resolution of a ticket that needs a technical review is more than acceptable.

    This has become a recurring issue almost every week. If you’re unable to maintain stable service, please reconsider selling this VPS plan.

    I’m honestly very frustrated at this point. My VPS has been down since Friday with no response from support.

    For comparison, I’m also using Dedirocks and their VPS has been running smoothly without issues. I really expect better reliability and communication from your team.

    Please resolve this immediately.

    Yes, I have. Had choosen an extra CPU core. However, it seems to be something that has 0 impact: the multicore geekbench score I had before is virtually the same as with the lesser core; the single core performance has decreased and is simply disappointing.

    Based on their status page and not included incidents I can't recommend this company.

    CPU Steal is above 10% regularly, during most of the day I can't connect to the VPS at all.
    Their reason is their firewall dropping packages due to constant DDoS, another time ongoing network-level mitigation events.

    ticket #AOZ-086988 was closed again without notice, I have been in contact since January

    Could you tell me exactly what's missing from the status page? It seems very detailed, and with all the incidents or maintenance well-writte.

    The 10% CPU steal can definitely be fixed, and I don't see a serious problem here.

    Ticket ID? They probably meant an attack against your server, since I haven't seen any attacks against the network for a long time now, But let me check please.
