This has become a recurring issue almost every week. If you’re unable to maintain stable service, please reconsider selling this VPS plan.
I’m honestly very frustrated at this point. My VPS has been down since Friday with no response from support.
For comparison, I’m also using Dedirocks and their VPS has been running smoothly without issues. I really expect better reliability and communication from your team.

Yes, I have. Had choosen an extra CPU core. However, it seems to be something that has 0 impact: the multicore geekbench score I had before is virtually the same as with the lesser core; the single core performance has decreased and is simply disappointing.

Based on their status page and not included incidents I can't recommend this company.
CPU Steal is above 10% regularly, during most of the day I can't connect to the VPS at all.
Their reason is their firewall dropping packages due to constant DDoS, another time ongoing network-level mitigation events.

The 10% CPU steal can definitely be fixed, and I don't see a serious problem here.
I also don't understand what you mean by the firewall constantly dropping packets? There haven't been any DDOS attacks that have caused problems on the network for months now.
