BTW another @AlexPads project is Witherhosting which is kind of cool -- https://witherhosting.com/ if anyone wants to check it out!

the email I got today (5 March 2026):

    Dear oloke

Due to the recent Terabit acquisition of Enzonix, we are starting the migration of services you have on node NB-4V

The migration period will be 24 hours starting at 12AM CTS on March 5th 2026, there should be minimal downtime during the period as we are doing migrations in small batches, with data transfer over the wire.

If you notice your server was shutdown or suspended, it is a normal process of the migration. Please keep it shut down to avoid data loss issues.

All your server's data will be transferred.

You will receive a new IP as per the migration. Your new IP will be sent to your email.

If you need any help during or after the migration, please open a support ticket at https://terabit.io/.

    Thank you

    @SilverCreek any update?
Are you still waiting for your servers to be installed months later? 😄
And I noticed one of my servers was migrated from Ryzen to Intel, and the renewal price was changed from $3 to $15. Have your Ryzen servers been assembled yet?

Yeah, at the end of the year, I stupidly renewed an invoice that explicitly has "EPYC or Ryzen" in the product title, believing the lie that it would be migrated back to Epyc in a few months. It's still on some crappy Intel with a GB6 score of 900 instead of the 2800 of the server I had originally.

  • My CPU is still Ryzen 9 7945HX but wait, my servers have not been migrated from DE yet

My server in DE is now unreachable, I got the mail that a terabit server was installed on the 28th, however the credentials in that were wrong (it still has the old IP?).

It also seems I can't login to enzonix and terabit, I have not gotten credentials for terabit, and I'm not sure what happened to my enzonix account.

Unless I changed my password without my password manager remembering, my credentials should be correct, a password reset mail does nothing either (on terabit and enzonix).

I've got an email from terabit that server is ready, but I didn't make account there yet.

VPS is still reachable from enzonix side tho.

  • I've managed to reset my password to https://vps.terabit.io/ which gives me an error when booting the server:
The system failed to respond to the action request. Further attempts are likely to be cancelled until the system is responding normally. Try again in five minutes.

But the IP does indeed show the old one in the panel... however they claimed this before:
    What is changing:

Server IP addresses will be updated to Terabit's IP's

Terabit.io is an awful ghost ship of a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or providing actual services. They decided they would just wipe my server and then didn't send me any information on how to access the new server they provisioned.

The only way I was able to get access again to the server was by seeing @magicvpn's post and trying to reset my account on the portal they shared.

I opened a ticket with them at the beginning of the month and NEVER got ANY updates to my ticket at all.

The person who owned Enzonix is a piece of shit for selling services to such a piece of shit hosting company and not communicating well at all with their customers. Honestly lucky I don't charge back, they deserve it for how they handled this.

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!

For me Terabit works, but I don't have any service from previous Enzonix though.

    Hello,

If you have a ticket open with us right now it will likely be answered soon. We can provide a refund if you'd like as this is not at all how the migration was supposed to go. We were promised that "migrations will be completed in 2-4weeks." I was unaware of the history Terabit had and only selected them based on their previously "good" reputation here on LET at the time.

Knowing what I do today we would not have done this. I am very sorry to everyone struggling with this as we did not want the VPS to end in this way. We were trying to offer a migration instead of a shorter-notice termination date. Clearly the termination date would have been the better option.

I also have been unable to get any contact from Terabit or Terabit staff. For over a month now.

    Best,
