  OVH has one for $70 with the specs I listed (other than bandwidth & location). Is there really no other host that can provide a similar dedi with that budget?

  When you say 24+ CPU Cores are you referring to Cores or Threads?

  Yeah I see it now on OVH website... $70 for that is crazy.
