Looking for a high-core dedicated server located in either Miami or New York.

Requirements:
• 24+ CPU cores with 2.5GHz+ base clock (higher is better)
• Unmetered bandwidth
• Network speed: 1Gbps+
• 128GB+ RAM
• 2TB+ storage minimum

Budget: Under $100/month if possible. Please reply with your best available offers. Thank you!

OVH has one for $70 with the specs I listed (other than bandwidth & location). Is there really no other host that can provide a similar dedi with that budget?

Cores, OVH has a 24c 2.3GHz dedi for $70. (Not 2.5 but 2.3 or higher is fine).

Yeah I see it now on OVH website... $70 for that is crazy.

So far, this is probably the best I can find but both over budget.
