Don't you think that if this situation has occurred, are your servers and our data still safe? If unauthorized individuals have access to your servers, what if someone steals our private data?

frequent network fluctuations for me
I would never buy from DeluxHost. Frequent downtime and crashes. I thought the recent migration would help. But today went down again, for "Data center mistakes"
I'm sorry, but unfortunately what we wrote is a fact.
I don't see any other general network problems other than scheduled maintenance or other cases on single nodes, so I can only say that I disagree.
This is a rare case that should not happen again.
Most of the people who write about downtime issues every day, I honestly don't understand what they are referring to, every single issue is written on our status page and clearly visible.
I read the incident report and it seems that you mention:

It's great that you are seeking this I am assuming with SLA compensation as well. If that's the case, then do let the public know via a blog about it and then if in future, something like this ever repeats, then you can seek to get compensation from the SLA and then give the compensation back to your end users?
Obviously tho the best thing is for this to never repeat but you never know. I do hope that you realize that people lost trust within your brand because of their problem and we were already hearing problem with Deluxhost prior to it.
I wish Deluxhost a good luck in future tho as it does feel to me that this time around, it wasn't any of your fault and its only just unfortunate that it happened to ya this time in particular.

Hello,
Some of my connections are being closed unexpectedly after some time of inactivity. This started happening only after the recent migration to the new servers/racks. Before the migration, the connections would remain stable for long periods without any issues.
It seems that idle TCP connections may be getting terminated, possibly due to firewall, NAT, or connection tracking timeout policies on the network infrastructure.
Could you please check whether there have been any changes to timeout values, firewall rules, or load balancer settings that could be causing idle connections to be dropped?

I mean, you opened the ticket less than 3 hours ago, and your reply to the ticket was "Hello, what a bad service."
We're not robots, just wait for the person handling it and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. We have lives too.

If u want be mad and lose ur mind buy vps from here ... uptime is 50 % .. every day u see ur vps has problem such as i/o , network ,, ... support reply after 1 day at least .. problem doesnt solve completely ... i regret why i choose this host ..
