Hi! One of my VPS is unreachable on the network (accessible with VNC only), since February 20. And there is an anomaly in one of the ticket replies too. (I've got a completely wrong answer. The Staff Member answered to a different user's problem in my ticket - i'm not Miguel). Can You check it? Thank You so much.

It looks like the latest mitigation didn't solve any problems. Still lots of up and downs. Down at the moment.
On my end it was also... "down for the moment" ...
It went down from one moment to the next… with no apparent reason.
Same behaviour for my V-1 server...
I can't disclose some things, but it's not our fault, someone in DC touched something in our racks that they shouldn't have and basically shut down everything, I don't know what to say, I just hope they fix it soon.
All three of my servers are down as well

Well, all of my servers are offline now. It’s honestly frustrating.
The servers are coming back online, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it. It's beyond our control, except to complain to those who touched our racks.
Our technicians are currently on their way to check and understand the situation, and we'll obviously let you know when we have more information.
Please update your status page then. It doesn't look good when all servers are down and the status page says all well.

My VPS is still DOWN.
Try to boot it manually. In my case it was shut down for two hours, booting via control panel worked but took longer boot time
My servers are back as well, they brought everything back. I can imagine it takes time to bring up everything, so my servers had a few min gap coming online between them but all got back automatically.
The bad part is having a downtime of 2+ hours, so not a great experience overall.
DeluxHost is the worst server I've ever used.
Data loss, frequent network fluctuations, and frequent server downtime.
How to claim compensation for data loss?
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
The situation is quite ridiculous, we know it.
There will be news soon.
However, at the moment we do not foresee any data loss or other possible problems in the future, obviously we are protesting and asking for greater guarantees.
