[WANTED] Budget Email Hosting - £3.99/year (Looking for OnePoundEmail alternatives)
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a reliable and budget-friendly email hosting service. I previously used OnePoundEmail, but my subscription recently expired because I missed the notification, and they don't seem to have any active promotions at the moment.
Here are my requirements:
Budget: Around £3.99/year (or equivalent in USD/EUR).
Usage: General personal use, stable delivery is preferred.
Capacity: 1GB+ storage is sufficient.
Must-have: IMAP/SMTP support.
If any providers have active deals or if the community has any recommendations for similar "set and forget" budget services, please let me know!
Thanks in advance!

Out of stock
Infomaniak
Hostbrr directadmin 10gb is $5. Not dedicated mail provider per se but sending relay via mailbaby so deliverability shouldn't be too much headache. Their sg node got history of being unstable though but they got few other loc too.
Or if you still want to stay with onepound, they also got directadmin shared 5gb for £5. Should be mx/onepound there too. Only cons is the limit 5 domains as opposed to proper unlimited mxroute and onepound.
As MXRoute was recommended here, I'm obligated to point out the revelations earlier today about them and why you might not want to use their business: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4738934/#Comment_4738934
I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve here, but your comments are not going to stop users from continuing to use or try mxroute. For most users, or customers of mxroute, the experience has been far more positive than negative.
cyberpanel.net has a free email option with domains.
What the hell mate?
On the other hand, if you read the whole story a rational person might decide that's exactly the sort of provider you want to do business with.
Sign for their shared hosting, IIRC its $5/year
I know the guy that runs OnePoundEmail. He's pretty cool. He might just renew your plan for you.
Of course. Anyone who has a negative experience gets banned as a customer. All remaining customers had positive experiences.
I think the same. Let me tag him @MichaelCee

10 mailboxes 3GB each is for free now
unfortunately no longer recommended.
Why not?
I can't remember the exact reasons right now. But maybe 6-9 months ago, there was talk here that Infomaniak had announced something very strange...
can @COLBYLICIOUS @ehab @emgh help?
You can also check out NameCrane’s Cranemail email hosting. They offer a plan for about $10/year (≈£8) that supports IMAP/SMTP and other standard email features. Although it exceeds the original £3.99/year budget, it could still be a solid option if you’re looking for a stable, independent email service.

No idea sorry
After reading these two above I would have ordered one more MXroute package unless it weren't that I already have 25 GB almost empty.
