Hey friends!

They'll cite every bad review on TrustPilot that you've already read, because the people who abused our service are obviously the most trustworthy around. Well, here's my dance.

We've come a long way already this year with a brand new frontend for billing and for managing your email. We've thrown in the long requested Cal/CardDAV. Disk quotas finally almost all display correctly... wild I know. We have an API for sending email and an API for managing everything in our mail control panel. We have a fresh WHMCS module for resellers and a brand new set of branding options in that panel for our resellers (custom URL, color schemes, server names, DNS records, the works). MXroute is finally growing up!

Now I'd like to share with you a special, limited offer:

    I'm sorry but this might well be the best $5 anyone could spend, literally ever. If you get 1 month of this (you won't - you'll get years, even if @jar kills himself providing it) you've more than got your cash worth.

    Just read about the Microsoft thing in the other thread, the one with the psychos. Is this why all the emails my little OVH API script thingy sent to my outlook address via mxroute yesterday got delayed by a few minutes? I thought i had a bug.

    Yup. It was a 3 day event impacting the better part of the industry. It's strange how many kept silent about it, but we got reports from all over experiencing the same, big and small.

    Hey, I terminated 1 person "for" (kinda, not JUST that) a bad review in over a decade of doing business. That means EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU are at risk.     This is in really bad taste that you're disparaging fellow forum members with legitimate complaints against you in the coupon name. Flagged, and even before this post given the kind of conduct you were engaging in that thread - no, not blocking customers based on reviews but calling people toddlers, aggressive behavior etc, I'll never become a customer or recommend MXRoute in any way.

    I'd prefer $150/30y with at least 300G of storage. Although, if I lost my 30Y effort of collecting&pi-holing service-industry spam& account statement and other transactional email, just because the card has expired at least 20 years ago. I would come to LET and create a thread about it.

  • MX Route Bad Behavior

    • He left retaliatory reviews of multiple customer businesses
    • Denied GDPR deletion request
    • Deleted inboxes without providing reasonable recourse to export data
    • Refused to refund double billing
    • Terminated account (in at least part) for receiving bad reviews
    • Financial threats against the forum to try and get true (but unflattering) information removed

    I mean all you're doing with these kind of replies is further strengthening the case of @forest etc. This isn't professional behavior from a provider I'm echoing what was being said on that other thread, this kind of behavior gives potential customers a serious reason to take pause before doing business with you.
