How long does it take for Cloudcone's affiliate commission withdrawal requests to be processed?

It's been almost 20 days, and I haven't received any response or resolution!
Please have the Cloudcone official team handle this!

    The official automated response stated 7-14 business days, but it has been much longer than that now.

    When I posted the previous thread, I submitted a new ticket and received a reply that it was under review, but the processing time has already far exceeded 7-14 business days!

    This is the first reply I've received. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

    Promotions have wasted a lot of energy and costs! Reputation comes first! Their company previously experienced a server intrusion incident, and at that time, I chose to remain silent because I didn’t want to affect them again! Now that everything has been restored, my earnings still haven't been resolved!

  • Have you considered checking their Discord or Telegram if they have official support channels there? Sometimes those platforms can get a faster response for urgent matters. Make sure to reference your existing ticket number clearly.

    Today, I have received a withdrawal from PayPal!
    Although one of my colleagues hasn't received theirs yet, I believe they will get it soon!
    Since the team promised a withdrawal time of 7-14 business days, the slow processing made me quite anxious!
    There must have been some busy matters that caused the delay!
    Thanks again to everyone and the team!
    I will continue to put in effort and promote diligently in the future!
