hi @MaxTakeba and @barbarza π
Great idea. Would it be possible to find a lawyer to use some GoFundMe in being paid to represent the LET customers?
On reddit it said that:
"Why do you feel we should be giving them services for free?"
So now the rest servers are definitely going to be terminated (or choose to pay additional monthly fee to keep them).
"Them" being LET customers or "them" being previous customers in general?
"for free"
Well, every previous customers are using the server for free now because they didn't purchase from the new company.
Or maybe the servers belonged to the customers, and the owner took the servers for free. Customers should not even be having any conversation with new company, since new company should not even have their data or personal info. Yet, here we are.
That's why we will be here and everywhere else leaving comments and telling people not to purchase anything from Veloxmedia and its sibling company.

Since almost day 1 that's what he's sayings: them = all. He doesn't consider everyone on the systems as "customers", they "belonged to Lewis". He considers himself a saint for keeping the machines alive and providing the service they've paid for.
And when confronted with "you have obligations towards them" he keeps on saying that he doesn't. Well, if you keep those accounts alive for 2 months, you may not seem to have an obligation when obtaining the machines, but you accepted it for that period of time, so you have obligations... But that's my opinion and knowledge of how things work in real life.
lol
... lol. Yes, im sure trustpilot is automatically flagging legitimate reviews to give themself more work and then reporting it on the transparency page as you doing it, eric. Sure. Ok.
@AlteredParadox between today and last week, there was a single βββββ review which got removed
@jsg you better re-submit it then π
It seemed them flagging the reviews backfired, as not only have they been returned, but now one of them has edited their review to contain the following:
One review there says:
This is what is happening to paid customers? πππ
Just to be clear, all customers were paying customers, it's just boloxmedia is choosing to not honour that.
That wasn't from me.
And now go on (but without me), still far to page 200 ...
whoa they have a media team too, these velox guys are serious business.
Yep. I've heard they're going into the Warner Brothers offering round. Plans are to drop all already paid customers after a few days.
Crazy to see this thread still going.. jfc
Shenanigans is still happening, apparently.
That is not how business purchase works. When you buy a business, you take over all the customers and their contracts. Including both sides of the contract. The side where you take the money and the side where you provide the service. And you can't pick and choose unless the old company is bankrupt. You can't say you are buying the contracts with the monthly fee but not the ones that were paid upfront.
Not entirely true. You can take over a part of a business, e.g. hardware and supplier contracts but excluding existing customers. There's basically (business-wise) nothing wrong with that. However, if you accept the hardware and there are customers on it, things change. Even more if you "keep" those customers on those servers (and providing them some kind of service). Taking over a business with no customers is with no customers from the moment you "accept the keys". You cannot change your mind/opinion/way of looking at it whenever it suits you.
But hey, Eric thinks he can - he proved that several times already.
Somehow it slipped by me... They surpassed the 1 month timeline they had to provide me with the info I requested in my SAR request.
They acknowledged my request, stated they would provide by email. Then backtracked.
Let's see what comes next...
They probably don't even know how to export your information out of WHMCS
Thats the thing. They could 've made this so easy... Just send over some unverifable dataset and be done with it...
Its like Eric is looking for trouble on purpose.
And guess who's following this thread as posts are being made?
HELLO @itsTomHarper
And me

PS my VPS's still online.
