  When you sit in front of machine for several hours suddenly that is gone in a fraction of seconds without even a backup. How its suppose to feel like ? 😒

  After you opened a ticket about the delay in accepting the order the admin accepted without checking in order to not make you wait much longer
  Then After 2 hours they checked FR and found the record and asked me what to do
  I said to cancel and refund without checking that they already accepted you

  usually in those cases we give you some time to backup if you started using the vps
  Sorry for that

  And by the way the vps is VDS we actually never check your cpu usage (it is irrelevant in those plans) , the issue is billing and it was mistake from our side to accept in first place without checking

  @servarica_hani can you please ask them to approve my vps. Its still pending. Now support team come up with address drama and ip location. Not every network in India will show exact location of my address. Not sure how you people actually getting customers with this complicated policies. Man seriously i haven't seen something like this in my entire hosting purchases.

  I see that ServaRica already answered but they do offer VDS, I've left running molecular simulations for entire days and no problems! I already have like 4 or 6 servers with them lol
