  • Maybe that fix my V series VPS. its been offline for 48 hours with no response to my ticket and had to be powered off at least once a week.

    Xeon and Ryzen (Netherlands) have been offline for over 2 hours. Also, bonuses have not yet been credited on request.

    The first notice was sent more than a month ago, but unfortunately we continue to receive waves of tickets, we are doing as quickly as possible to get everything online

    @DeluxHost now 19:27 CET "Maintenance window: 06:30 – 18:00 CET." and still time increasing in every 30 min, no response of chat or ticket. estimated hours was 8 but more than 13 hours passed but still services offline

  • I received my invoice payment confirmation 10 hours ago, but the order confirmation hasn't arrived yet. I'm guessing this might be related to the recent migration? Any info would be appreciated.

    Most probably. I recommend you to open a ticket in few hours, when you'll see that the account area is fully functional again. I'm sure they will sort out for you.

    The maintenance is still in progress at the moment, as the technicians are at work, it is not finished yet, as there have been some complications on network side too, what I can advise you is to wait, it will surely be resolved soon.
