Maybe that fix my V series VPS. its been offline for 48 hours with no response to my ticket and had to be powered off at least once a week.
Xeon and Ryzen (Netherlands) have been offline for over 2 hours. Also, bonuses have not yet been credited on request.
It's that maintenance that has been announced days ago by email and also here.

Most probably. I recommend you to open a ticket in few hours, when you'll see that the account area is fully functional again. I'm sure they will sort out for you.

The servers are starting up, but it takes time due to the high number of servers.
The team is still working to improve and fix a problem on two nodes, but nothing that seems serious, we thank you for your trust and patience, this is just the beginning ❤️

"fix problem on two nodes" - is that IPv6 not working (which is the case with my VPS, IPv4 works)? Otherwise I have to submit a ticket for it...
