Server is back online, but not replying to tickets and also no response here after 3 days of outage is not very professional. The least @RAVNIX should do is:

Hello, you’re absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize for not addressing this matter in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the situation was influenced by factors outside of our direct control.
What happened?
We lease this IP block from IPXO, and our payment to IPXO did not process successfully just before the weekend. As a result, the subnet was unannounced without prior notice. Once the issue was identified, we immediately retried the payment, which was successfully received by IPXO on the same day. The subnet was subsequently reannounced, with the changes taking full effect on Monday.
Why was there no response?
Our support team was unavailable over the weekend, and our immediate focus was on resolving the underlying issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to external dependencies, the resolution took longer than anticipated, which also delayed our response.
What steps have been taken to prevent this in the future?
We have implemented additional payment monitoring and alerting mechanisms, prepaid quarterly in advance, introduced earlier renewal checks, and updated our internal escalation procedures to ensure better coverage during weekends and holidays. These measures are intended to significantly reduce the risk of similar disruptions going forward.
Compensation
As compensation, we will be extending the billing period by one week for all affected users. This adjustment will be applied within 72 hours.
