  • I am going through chargeback request with HSBC, any advice on how I can make it easier to claim back the funds? Anything specific…

  • I am enjoying the newest Reddit narrative that all he bought was a domain.

  • lol i write a review on trustpilot about veloxmedia and they reply:

    Hi dedicados

You’ve written a review for VeloxMedia, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.

Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline.

*nice try to take off the bad review *

I believe, but I'm not sure, that if it's taken offline, you only have to send a copy of your receipt to TrustPilot and they'll put it back. I don't think that information is given to the business that is being reviewed.

However, if VeloxMedia is a new company which just bought the domain, why are they using the old company's TrustPilot? Maybe someone could contact TrustPilot and show them information which states that it is a new company so that the old reviews are removed or separated from the new reviews (although that would probably tank the average ).

    1. Explain your side of story
    2. Explain how the exit scam was planned
    • Give examples of LEB deals, contrast it with LET deals you bought
    • Give screenshot of him casually dealing with the customer on Dec 15 2025, BAU. No signs of financial distress.
    • Give screenshot of Eric stating this: Lewis is gone with money & contract, it's asset transfer (no liability to him) yet he promised to host the customer, going 180° when customer do chargeback, affirmation that he will keep hosting for free as long as customer didn't chargeback, then him walking out on his promise (charging money)
    1. State how Lewis and his associate, Austin is a serial phoenixer. Starting from "Auzzhosting" whose director is Austin, later defunct because they didn't do tax fillings (likely not doing VAT either). But, their customer was sent to another company Lewis create "Pandahost UK"

We have a lot of great customers and keep growing. Our name isn't changing.

Unfortunately when we acquired the domain there were a lot of customers still utilizing the services. We're doing everything we can to keep them and have kept 95% of services active. Unfortunately you can't make everyone happy and there were a lot of unrealistic expectations.

We offered let a solution before we pursue legal action against the attack on Christmas. We're still in the legal process with them which will likely take a couple years

    https://old.reddit.com/r/VPS/comments/1quxkfr/what_unique_featuresoptions_would_you_like_from_a/o4ffttk/

Velox media didn't exist until we acquired the domain name. We registered this name and company.

GDPR requests us notify within 30 days, we complied and sent notice within that 30 day window. It's not even required.

That isn't how responsibility works at all.

    2nd
    https://old.reddit.com/r/VPS/comments/1quxkfr/what_unique_featuresoptions_would_you_like_from_a/o4sgdjn/

We acquired a domain. The servers came with it. In an effort to keep people happy we're allowing them to continue to use the services. Only a small percentage we've requested they pay a monthly fee.

It's not extortion. We have no obligation to provide services to them. But we've kept 95% of them online.

What makes you think we have some obligation to provide services? Specifically what law shows we would have some obligation?

    https://old.reddit.com/r/VPS/comments/1quxkfr/what_unique_featuresoptions_would_you_like_from_a/o4iw1a7

None of them had service with us. They're Lewis's clients and mad he isnt supporting them anymore.

That's no even our trust pilot or our company info. We have close to a thousand 5 star reviews on there across our companies.

We haven't even started selling but keep an eye on it and you'll see a bunch more 5 star reviews real soon.

Maybe we should do a promo and keep all Lewis's customers if they write a 5 star on there. Bump it up a couple thousand 🤷

  • “kept 95% alive” 🤣🤣🤣

That would be awesome because Veloxmedia will collapse with only a large number of users without payment and no new customers.

@dedicados they want to know from which customer is the rewiev, if you press the link it asks you email phone and name, nothing to add. So they can report your email as fraud. Fuck that

The other way of phrasing this in English is "We acquired a domain and servers".

It's very bizarre for upstream provider/ hardware leasing agreement to legally bind to a domain name. I mean, business usually won't let you transfer an existing contract to another business entity (which Eric did, since it was an asset transfer i.e the domain).

  • So he says on Reddit that that’s not his trustpilot page, then flags all the negative reviews 🤣

That's one of the possibilities on my "VeloxMedia Bingo Card", yep.

Got a full line though with this one:

This is a notification that your service has now been suspended. The details of this suspension are below:

    Date: Tue, 10 Feb 2026

Due Date: Sunday, February 15th, 2026
    Suspension Reason: Overdue on Payment

  • Overdue on what payment?

I honestly hope people are charging back and showing both the email and the suspension reason as it's literally extortion for services one has already paid for.

Overdue on the extortion mail date - but that date was after the suspension. The guy is telling lies and changing stories since his introduction in this VPS world (and maybe even before, I don't know) - and when you confront him with it you're "not his customer" etc.

Anyway, regarding the chargeback; my VPS was acquired in September - and Stripe pointed to my CC company, who point me back to Stripe etc. CC company simply stated "you still get the service, so you can't chargeback" and now "well, your chargeback period is overdue. I'm still pointing out to them that I've forseen this and it's due to them that the period has gone - don't think I'll get the money back, but hey, it's worth a try. Don't come to me about "lame CC company, get another one" - it's both not that simple and in all those years (30+) it's basically only the 2nd time I have a discussion with them.

If they simply delayed until past the chargeback period, then they absolutely have to honor it, otherwise they are committing fraud.

  • Wow... The big red Aussie and NZ bank has mentioned they would still accept a charge back even if it's more than 6 months... and this situation would fit the bill (I know as I have gone through this once... and they were quite pleasant).
