    Thanks for the feedback, and sorry about the delay.

    Just a couple of clarifications:

    You can change the boot order from the client panel, and you can also access the boot menu by pressing ESC during VPS startup.

    ISO upload/mount is available too: you can upload an ISO up to 6 GB. The ISO is stored temporarily (for a limited time) and can then be removed.

    Regarding your PM and the support ticket: we want to check what happened and make sure you get a proper reply.
    Could you please send us the ticket number and your order number via PM? We’ll look it up right away and get back to you.

    Yes, correct. The response I got to my ticket was late but good and helpful and I found the described way easily.

    So, my impression still isn't perfectly good due to the long delays, but your really helpful support brought me back to "neutral" and depending on your VPS it might well change to "good" or even "very good" ;)

    I can't connect to my VPS and mtr shows that your "Xeniashield" seems to drop all packet.
    Plus, the panel doesn't load fully.

    Update:

    My @XeniaHosting VPS and likely the node it's on has been shutdown for a while.
    Now, both the client panel and my VPS seem to work properly again. But still shutdowns and hour-long non-availability are not a good omen.

    Hello! VAT for non-EU customers is 0%. Simply enter your country of residence and the system will do everything automatically.

    The network has been dropping for 1–2 minutes constantly over the last two days. Just another hosting provider with bad uptime and network issues.

    We have received a very high number of attacks in the last few days. We have already proceeded to fix them, we keep our systems under 24 hours per day monitoring.
