on one subnet our upstream doesn't seem to accept the redirect, we are waiting, since GSL hasn't solved it yet, it's not a problem regarding the nodes these as said

So...there's a problem, but nothing posted on status page. C'mon!!
If you go down below on the status page the accident should appear, however it is now solved, unfortunately it was not directly dependent on us so our range of action was very limited.
We did our best to resolve the issue quickly, and we also offered to help anyone who urgently needed to change their IP address as the issue was related to a subnet.

You did something (at least I hope you did), then closed the ticket — but nothing changed. The VPS is still lagging badly and randomly stops responding.
Just look at the CPU graph for the last week.
Red parts are complete freezes.
Orange parts — no idea what that even is, but the server is clearly choking.
I’m not expecting enterprise-grade reliability for this price, but when the machine is barely usable and keeps dropping offline half the time, that’s a problem.
Please stop closing tickets without actually fixing the node. Right now this looks like a seriously unstable service.

@DeluxHost are we going to see all our servers disconnected or unavailable during the Feb 18the maintenance work for 9-10 hours? What’s the downtime expected please given that I just had over 10 hours of my server completely disconnected to the outer world yesterday, it’s painful to have this repeated again and again…
Unfortunately yes, we will do everything we can to minimize downtime, but that will be the time, if you want as a temporary solution I can move you to an unaffected location such as Skylink or Germany, but this will inevitably lead to an IP change.
