@DeluxHost - I appreciate the assist finally and we are heading in the right direction. The VM now boots, however I am still seeing poor performance and would like to move nodes as indicated in my ticket update and outline you asked for. UAT-694798
I would like to get that done sooner then later as I have spent a good bit of my time along with incurring significant downtime(2+ days) because of the issue.
I would also like to make sure I get my freebie, although I was trying to get a better read on the VM to chose between +10gb or space or +1 CPU core. However on this node the extra core isn't going to do any good as the VM can't get the CPU time to even use (2) cores let alone (3).

Didn't get that announcement before through mail. Only after experiencing IPv6 outage for almost an hour and last 10 minutes ultra high latency (>1000ms where usually 4 ms) on both IPv4 and now IPv6 (back again) I see this message... "A few minutes downtime" is now over an hour of unable to use... Guess the check came out negative?...

To check for maintenance or incidents, our status page remains the best option.
As for maintenance, there were some nodes that were experiencing issues, and we've made the necessary changes. So, yes, the downtime lasted more than a few minutes, but everything seems to be fine at the moment, the servers are already mostly up and running.
We are continuing to monitor the issues in question to see if they have actually been resolved.
So basically I have to check your status page daily because you are not willing to send out mail that maintenance will take place. Instead you have already sent out a few mails about the move of datacenter, a mail about AI support removal, ToS updates, etc. It shouldn't be that hard to just send out planned maintenance in a mail, right?
Outage of an hour is way more as a few minutes. Something went really wrong in my opinion - learn from it that next time you don't downplay beforehand but take "worst case" into account...

Since we've been sending a lot of emails lately, I've opted not to do so and instead posted it on our status page. But Yes, in my opinion, it should be checked when there are problems or maintenance, as it's the primary option. I don't see anything strange or wrong with it, but that doesn't mean we won't send an email next time, it's definitely a more convenient option for everyone of course, If this may have caused problems, I'm sorry.
Regarding maintenance, we've resolved all the issues by conducting thorough checks. Given the recent issues reported, we've done everything we can, and as unfortunately happens, unexpected issues are always around the corner, Most of the nodes, however, actually started working again after a very short time.
now we are still monitoring the progress.

So basically what you're saying here is you consider "We've turned off our AI experiment" more important as "We will do maintenance and you will experience downtime". Nice to know where your priorities are.
Even yesterday afternoon you've sent a reminder (yes, reminder) about the DC move next week (yes, next week). May I conclude that the maintenance of today had just popped up after that? That makes things even worse...
I have several dozens of VPSes with almost as much providers. A daily routine of "checking status pages" in case some maintenance will take place is just plain stupid.
You made a misjudgement how to communicate your price raise - this is another big misjudgement. What's the next one?

My servers went down at 6:50am GMT and have not come back online… but I do not see anything on the status page about maintenance
Performance of VPS have decreased again and there are severe latency problems occuring multiple times a day. According to them its a DDoS, so far I haven't seen a reminder about a scheduled migration of my server.
Even if that would be the case, why isn't every customer informed about this?
We are investigating some possible disconnections, we will keep you informed
