someone said 24-48 but for me it was ~12h during the weekend
We have a few servers with them and I've never had it take more than 6-8 hours, IIRC.
During Black Friday sale it took just over 48 hours. Low number of sales is likely going to be faster.

You can create a support ticket for that. When it is possible (depending on the switch your server is on I believe) they will do that in a few hours. So they did for me... Great company !
Can request /48 or /64 block ipv6?

/64. Got it by opening ticket and moved to another server with IPv6 switch compatible.
