I just checked and you're correct. I assumed no invoice was generated because I didn't receive any email when the invoice was generated. With your monthly server, I get emails and reminders about unpaid invoices. It went unpaid because it was yearly and I didn't keep track of when the service renewal is due. I only login to your portal only if there's a problem.
