Frontup: all targets were tested and do work (though sadly not with this server).

Europe - Not bad at all not great either though. Considering that this VPS comes with 10 Gb/s even the somewhat over 1.2 Gb/s within NL are OK but not great. All other european targets are under 500 Mb/s or lower, even the major ones (London, Frankfurt). Also the secondary target often failed, and in two countries (FR, RO) even both targets failed.

Asia / Oceania - All targets between only 20 Mb/s and about 50 Mb/s (only one target (HKG) ) except for Siberia with close to 100 Mb/s. But China, Japan, down under, all in the 20ies and 30ies, plus many secondary targets failed.

Africa - somewhat better, Kenya even quite good.

Americas - with one exception (US, PIB) all under 100 Mb/s, some considerably less. And both NYC targets (both good quality) failed! South-american targets also slow.

Summary / verdict: A really performant VPS, outstandingly fast processor and memory and a quite fast disk. But the connectivity, meh, very meh.
My personal approach/solution: To put a locally bound workload on it, but using another VPS from another provider (sorry, DeluxHost) with decent connectivity to serve the results.

Do I regret having purchased this VPS? No, I don't, after all it (the system as such) performs really well, and for a really low price. But neither do I recommend it, except for use cases requiring really good processing but not much connectivity.

TL;DR DeluxHost you really need to improve your connectivity. Your servers are OK though from what I see.
