I have requested account deletion. Most of personal information was deleted but I can still login to both my.veloxmedia.co.uk and master.pandahost.co.uk with username and email displayed there and can not be deleted.

Just get refused with this:

Hello, we retain certain records for compliance purposes. If you're a EU/UK resident/citizen you can send us your ID along with a formal GDPR request and we can anonymize any PII

In the Netherlands it's not allowed to ask for (a copy of) your ID except for certain purposes.

Getting your data deleted by a shady hosting provider isn't one of them.

Asking for your ID to get your data deleted while the data has been acquired without your consent almost sounds as stupid as accusing someone to bring a legal handgun to a peaceful protest while you just pardoned dozens of people who brought heavy guns to a not-so-peaceful protest.

Actually, that right there is a smoking gun GDPR violation...

They never had your consent to have your records in the first place.
They sent out a non-conforming e-mail saying you had to request opt-out of consent.
You've done that and they still refuse to delete the data they should never have had.

Complain to your equivalent of ICO in your country (if you are from the EU). You don't have to provide any more ID. You expressly forbade consent, they can't keep anything.
