    I want to be clear: this isn’t a complaint about the VPS itself. The problem is the customer service side, slow responses, repeated explanations, and having to chase a refund that should have been straightforward. For a low-end provider, delays like this might not seem unusual, but it’s still something potential customers should be aware of.

    Hopefully Delux sees this and resolves it soon. I’d prefer to leave this on a positive note, but at the moment I felt it was fair to warn others to be cautious if you expect timely refunds.

    Hi, we're usually very quick with refunds. The delay is likely due to the refund manager being on vacation and recently returning. However, if you were told your refund was issued, that should be the case. I'll check your ticket shortly to see what happened. I'll let you know within a few hours.

    At the time, the intention was to keep those offers recurring at the same price.
    It became clear recently that this assumption was not always predictable or sustainable.

    For this reason, future offers will only be labeled as recurring when this can be clearly guaranteed and stated upfront, including in our ToS.

    It's my fault for having misspoken and not having met expectations, I take the responsibility for that.

  • Hi, I'm experiencing massive packet loss (40-70%) on my VPS. The server is currently unusable.

    Stats:
    Packet Loss: 40% (constant)
    Latency: 1.0ms
    Troubleshooting done: Firewall disabled, system rebooted, interface reset. No changes.
    Please investigate the network status and answer the ticket asap.

    Hi, yes, this is possible. Unfortunately, many people have opened multiple tickets, so we had to add a limiter.

  • @DeluxHost just as a small bug report: I think renaming the Y series (this thread) to N series (new thread) caused a problem on your status page: The Y series is not mentioned any more (neither the uptime report nor in the maintenance window, which I suspect will also apply to Y)
