Agree - plenty of real world data points on Justin Morgan too.
Yeah, I just find it hard to believe that somebody can be that stupid to assume that debt risk as a sole trader, especially having been a director of multiple companies in the past.
Although all those other 2 companies were closed without trading - or at least seem to have been force-closed by Companies House for failing to file a return (at least according to the filings) so maybe he decided it wasn't worth the trouble if the first one lost him £2000. Of course, he could have appealed and filed his accounts, but maybe decided that he'd save more by not declaring anything. And maybe for Veloxmedia he decided he could fake his income figures more easily as a sole trader.
Which 2 companies? Both Dash Aesthetics and ARPW seem to be listed as active on Companies House.

Yeah, but those were old and probably never actually traded.
Well, "never actually traded" covers a lot of stuff.
The majority of cheap providers who spring up and sell things in GBP usually disappear after 18 months because they fail to file any accounts within 6 months of the first financial year. In fact, that's the main reason for "company was dissolved by compulsory strike off" AFAIK.
Every single one of those new providers has carried out trade in the company name. Sometimes they've moved all the money through an Indian company and so it's just technically fraud by misrepresenting the company (much like Lewis was claiming Veloxmedia was the operator without any t/a notice). Other times, they'll trade for a year and decide they've made a loss (or not enough profit) and just fail to file any return at all.
Given the picture that @rpqu shared, it's highly likely that the companies were there to hide some scam operation, and then lapsed after the scam was complete. So my guess is they were traded, just never filed any accounts to prove it.
See
Yeah. Pump and dump experience.

'NSFW' by the way.
Pumping and dumping are both covered then.
But that website certainly gives the impression that they were actively trading this company during 2015 and early 2016, and yet they filed accounts as a dormant company in October 2016 for the period up to 31 December 2015 showing ZERO business activity.
Although I guess they actually may have ceased trading around then as April 2016 they had "We are currently migrating our website over to a new and improved platform." and asked people to call in, and there's nothing archived again until 2020 at which point the website is very dead.
I guess maybe the business failed when they started leaning on Lewis' experience as a web developer and server hoster...
That last capture, again NSFW: https://web.archive.org/web/20160419055103/http://justusguys.co.uk/
By the way, this is where lewis sold pandahosting to:
He framed it as if the new panda quickly ruined the company (quickly), and he repurchased the domain.
Confirmed:
Auzzhosting.com is using SC344535

auzzhost (2008-2011) customer transferred to pandahost.co.uk ( 2011-2014)
So... is the end nigh?
VeloxMedia.co.uk owners were running a dildo business at JustUsGuys. Both Lewis and Austin

P.S.: Austin seems more brainy than Lewis. While Lewis proved he is dumb fuck guy sitting at the computer all the day.
Did Eric meant dildo business worth $12M took over the servers of Velox Media? LOL
So, kind of begs the question of (NSFW)
which of them was into the dildos and which was into the fleshlights.
It is probably both.
It's all on Instagram
Anyway, the recap:
Gocaravan.co.uk (2017-2020) << Update thanks to @Calypso
<Unknown #2>LAR Direct ltd. (2020-2021)Still wondering what the thing is with caravanning - when this all started I did some searches on both Lewis and Eric and all these caravanning hits on Facebook popped up, although nowhere in the comments I saw them. Search engine mistake or something else?
Oh gosh™
Lewis had a LinkedIn profile (one of many) that he was the MD of that caravan business.

I remember seeing posts about them running phone scams where they have an expensive support line and giving customers the runaround

Yes, I remember. However, why also with the name of Eric? Just wondering. Not really time for detective things right now
I haven’t found anything on Eric. Justin is real, and I suspect ‘Eric’ is just Lewis managing the transition.
It kind of pains me to admit it, but if Lewis is real and was trying to offload his exit scam onto someone else, there is a chance that Eric might be real, and they were just both trying to out-scam each other.
But regardless, if Lewis is real, then you can chargeback knowing that he's ultimately responsible for the contract no matter who Eric is.
His counter part is Justin Morgan, who is also real. The new US entities are owned by other entities that are owned by Justin. There’s no Eric anywhere to be seen

TL;DR
Everyone got an anal subscription.
I've also grown to believe that Eric and Lewis might actually be different people, but "Eric" is such an asshat that it's hard to feel sorry for him.
Caravan was a thing years ago like game server sites.
But good catches, they cant hide everything they wanted to hide.
@VeloxMedia
I'm interested in buying your dildo company. Please get in touch.
dildos and caravans....

sounds nice, right? RIGHT?
