VirMach: No affiliate payouts since 2022? $143 USD pending and tickets ignored

Hello everyone,

I'm writing this to see if anyone else is currently struggling to get their affiliate commissions paid by VirMach, or if a representative here can finally look into my account.

I have an available affiliate balance of $143.85 USD. This amount has been eligible for withdrawal for a long time. In fact, despite promoting them for years, we haven't been able to successfully withdraw any commissions even once since 2022.

I have tried to apply for a withdrawal every month. Each time, I open a ticket, wait for weeks with zero response, and eventually have to close it or it gets buried. It seems my requests are being intentionally ignored.

My Details:

Affiliate ID: 9729

Current Ticket ID: #495930

Status: Opened (No response for weeks)

I have always strictly followed the Terms of Service, and all referrals are 100% legitimate. I’m not looking for trouble; I just want to receive the commission I earned.

@VirMach - Could you please check Ticket #495930 and process the payout?

As per Virmach on LES, tickets have been abandoned.

"Thanks for the info. If tickets are abandoned, how are affiliates supposed to get paid? I have been waiting since 2022. @VirMach, please provide an alternative way to process payouts if you are no longer checking the help desk."

I always withdraw money from here, but clicking the withdrawal button does nothing.

We haven't received any response from them since 2022, and they don't support commission payments. The withdrawal link for this commission is on their official website, which is functioning normally. I don't know why they can turn a blind eye to the issue of paying commissions.

  • So you are still promoting Virmach even thou you didn't get paid since 2022? Maybe you will get paid at 2032, just wait a bit more, but most importantly, just keep promoting them.

We've only featured them once in one of our videos on our YouTube channel(over a million subscribers), and because the video is still running, we get some traffic. Who would dare continue featuring their products if they weren't paying ?

Thanks for pointing that out. It’s a shame a provider would abandon their community presence while still collecting money.

To those wondering why I still "promote" them: I don't. The traffic comes from a legacy video on our YouTube channel. Since they’ve decided to ignore tickets and disable the withdrawal button, I will be updating that video with a scam warning to protect our audience.

If anyone has a direct contact or knows where they are actually active (LES? Discord?), please let me know. $143 isn't a fortune, but business ethics matter.

So far we got real money from HostBrr (PayPal) and monopoly money from ServerFactory (store credits).
Webhosting24 and VirmAche affiliate programs are scams.

As far as LET is concerned, Virmache Deadpooled in 2022

Speaking as a former major affiliate: you likely won't see that money. I was only able to get paid post-2022 by exerting pressure (and always with a struggle of excuses and big delays). But not anymore, he is in hiding since some months ago, and ghosting everyone.

  • So you have a video that advertises for a provider that is no longer in business and you're worried about your payout, not that your viewers might be purchasing services that they won't ever receive? Great priorities you've got there. Pull the freaking video dude.

If only there were a pill people could take, or a class they could go to, or some way you could help people, but sadly, you can’t fix stupid.

The video was released before 2022, four years ago. We didn't specifically introduce it then; we just gave examples of five cheap VPSs (yes, they really are cheap). We've now cut out the parts about it from the video. I never imagined there would still be such shameless VPS providers these days.

  • You're right, Google Gemini also recommends doing this.

It turns out I wasn't the only one experiencing this; it seems they really are a scam.

You should promote companies that pay commissions

Earlier you mentioned that because the video is still running you are still receiving commissions. I hope you've actually cut the parts that that display your affiliate link as you've stated in this new message. You stated that you've tried to withdraw every month since 2022 without success. Didn't that give you some clue that your were advertising a service that might be poor or non-existent? $143.85 that you never actually received is a cheap price to sell out your viewers.

It's more ethnical to promote companies that provide premium services, regardless of whether they pay commission.

You're not offering any help and are just being sarcastic. The YouTube video was posted in 2022; you probably don't know YouTube's recommendation algorithm. Generally, there's almost no traffic after a week. Cutting out unwanted video clips online only takes a few seconds. Do you think I'd continue contributing traffic to a VirMach if they're not paying me? Your claim that "it's a cheap price to sell out your viewers" is completely unfounded. The VirMach isn't paying me commission, not refusing to provide VPS for viewers. So please stop being so condescending and morally manipulative. Stop acting so high and mighty, so righteous. Do you think I don't know what you're thinking? Stop pretending to be a saint.> @deafcon said:

You're making a lot of assumptions without knowing the facts. That video was posted in 2022; YouTube's algorithm rarely pushes content that old, so it isn't generating meaningful traffic anyway. And I've already cut out the damn part of the video.Furthermore, I receive no commission from VirMach, and they aren't withholding services from viewers. Claiming I’m 'selling out' is factually incorrect. I’d appreciate it if we could keep this discussion grounded in reality instead of resorting to moral grandstanding.

  • Dude, you came here looking for help collecting a tiny three year old debt from a disgraced provider and didn't recognize even one bit the harm your advertising may have caused your viewers. A little bit of searching would have told you that the dude hasn't posted here in nearly as long as he's owed you, and that until recently he's been missing in action and not providing service to many of his most loyal customers. Don't try to make a forum you don't participate in your debt collector. You have a responsibility to your viewers to not advertise garbage providers. Stop crying about the assumptions I'm making and have some integrity.

I guess you need to refer people to EXTRAVM now. Where affiliate payout is typically under 5 minutes

Please stop pretending and flattering yourself. Didn't you hear me? The video shouldn't have been cut long ago; it's from 2022. What are you trying to prove? I came to the forum to get advice, not to be judged by you. Aren't you being a bit too self-righteous?

You should promote companies that provide good service, without expecting a kickback for doing so.

OP has just admitted to removing a provider from a video just because he can't get his affiliate payout.
OP has just given me all the information I need to know as to whether his videos can be trusted to provide objective information.
